Betts Designs & Renovations is a residential renovation company based in Sanford and serving the Raleigh–Sanford–Pinehurst corridor with decades of hands-on remodeling and tile experience.
The company is built around the work—not volume.
Our goal is to improve how a home functions, looks and feels without turning the project into an assembly line. Aaron Betts remains directly involved in project communication and the details that determine the final result.
That approach fits homeowners who care about preparation, finish quality and straightforward scope more than chasing the fastest possible turnover.
AARON’S EARLIER DESIGN-BUILD EXPERIENCE
Past experience that shaped an independent approach.
Earlier in his career, Aaron spent five years working for D’Asign Source in the Florida Keys. That experience gave him firsthand exposure to a coordinated design-build environment, where planning, construction, interiors, finishes and field execution are considered together.
During that period, Aaron installed tile throughout a showcase model home used to present the company’s work. The experience strengthened the standards he now applies at Betts: thoughtful planning, careful preparation, coordination across trades and attention to the details behind the finished surface.
Betts Designs & Renovations is Aaron’s independently owned North Carolina company. He looks to the integrated design-build model as one source of professional inspiration while developing Betts’s own distinct processes, services and identity.

Bathrooms and custom tile are an important part of our background, but Betts Designs & Renovations is positioned as a full-scale renovation company. Our service mix includes kitchens, whole-home and multi-room updates, cabinetry, flooring, painting, trim, doors, built-ins, finish carpentry and selected exterior repair work.
That breadth matters because one room often affects the next. A bathroom remodel can affect hallway flooring. A kitchen can affect dining-room paint and trim. New floors can reveal door or baseboard issues. Planning the connected work under one clear scope can produce a more complete result.
